Our house rules are set within the guidelines of the Pony Club of NSW. They are there to protect and enable us to get the best out of our club. We would appreciate if you could please take a moment to read, understand and follow them.
New horses need to be registered with the senior instructor before commencing.
No children under the age of 16 is to be left without a parent/guardian in attendance.
Should a parent/guardian need to leave the ground they must leave there child with a responsible adult
No one is to ride on the club grounds before being gear checked.
Whenever a horse has had the saddle removed or loosened, the horse and rider must be gear checked again.
No-one is to get on a horse without a helmet
Only Pony Club members are permitted to ride.
No riding is permitted on the grounds without an authorised instructor being present.
Horses must be kept within the confines of the designated Pony Club area.
A member must have attended 3 instructional rally days in the 12 months prior to attending a Zone or State competition. The 3 rally days must be with the specific horse being ridden at the zone event.
Children are not permitted to go off riding on their own either before, during or after rally days, or at lunchtime.
Hoof black in not permitted at Pony Club events.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at all time
